If you have any products need to be returned to us, we will be happy to assist you in the return process. For damaged product due to manufacturing fault, the damaged product needs to be returned to us before we send a replacement. In this event, the return delivery charge is solely borne by the buyer. For exchanging of damaged product, we will be responsible for the redelivery charge incurred and arrange courier pick up for redelivery.
Dreamtale provides return services for all products purchased from our Site except innerwear, panties and undergarments due to hygienic purposes which is non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
The returned goods/products will be checked with the invoice together and the goods should be in good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund issued. Dreamtale will not be responsible if your parcel is lost during the return in transit process. Once the goods/products have been inspected and confirmed from our side, customer will receive their refund within 1-14 working days after the confirmation.

- What is the return process?

- How long does the refund process encounter?
Once your refund request is confirmed, refund will be made within 1-14 working days. All returns which do not meet the criteria mentioned above will be automatically declined and forfeited.
